The lymphatic system is a an important part of the immune system.  It aids in producing antibodies and ridding the body of unneeded waste.  As a result of the Lymphatic System not having its own pump (like the heart does for the circulatory system), it relies on muscle contraction to flow.   This class will facilitate the circulation of the Lymphatic System through movement, breath and self massage techniques. Movement will be holding poses with props for longer periods of time as well as gentle flows to stimulate the lymphatic flow.  Breathing and massage techniques will be used throughout the class.   Whether you are coming for a certain goal or for the general experience, this class will leave you feeling well rested and rejuvenated.
