Join Jeff as he leads a yoga class specifically to help men just starting in yoga. He will start with the basics and lead you to more challenging poses along the way, increasing flexibility and strength, while keeping the mechanics of a man's body in mind.
Participants in this series also have the option of taking an additional class during the week (Tuesday or Thursday at 7:30 pm) at a discounted rate.
Six week series begins April 8th, 9 am - 10 am.
