All Levels Yoga - Beginner to Advanced Exploring the body This class is open to students of all levels. Students practice a combination of poses that build strength and improve flexibility, while focusing on the alignment of the body. The pace ranges from slow to moderate and instructions include modifications for making the poses more challenging to accommodate the more experienced yogi.
