Strength & Stretch: Blend some powerful yoga flows, with some longer held opening postures, and sprinkle in some nice relaxation postures to finish. In this class, we will start with an energetic flow that will get your muscles warm and strong, and end with relaxing stretching poses to wind down from your day. It's the perfect balance of yin & yang!
All levels are welcome, though some previous knowledge of yoga poses may be helpful, and modifications will be given to increase or decrease the intensity, so you can feel comfortable no matter where you are in your practice.
