Men's Yoga/Male Athletes: Intro and beyond

This is a class designed specifically for men of all shapes, sizes, and abilities.
For male athletes and runners, this class will help level up your training to build strength without bulk, increase flexibility, reduce injuries, improve mental focus, and provide recovery between games, races or during the off-season.
Designed to take the intimidation out of learning yoga while strengthening and stretching. This men’s only, beginner's yoga class will take you through the core yoga poses while building upon your current fitness.
