All Levels Strong Flow Exploring the body This class is open to students of all levels, though prior knowledge of basic yoga poses is recommended. Students practice a combination of poses that build strength and improve flexibility. Instructions include modifications for making the poses more challenging to accommodate the more experienced yogi.
