Have you ever wondered if you're using them correctly? Have you ever wondered if you can use them more?

Join Madi for Propped Up, where she plans an entire class around a particular prop and teachers you how to incorporate that prop into your practice so you can get the most out of your poses.  This class will be for all levels.
