 Having a baby is a beautiful experience, but the body and mind needs that little bit of extra love and care in order to heal.  This class was designed to do just that.   We are creating a calm, bonding environment for you and your baby as we move through a series of gentle stretches and meditative breaths all the while incorporating gentle movements with your little one.
