Welcome to chair yoga! This class will give you all the benefits of a full yoga practice while exploring each pose with the use of a chair. Just like any other prop, chair can be used to help strengthen your practice or soften it where you need.  

It is also a great option for seniors, those recovering from small injuries,  and those with mobility limitations. All levels are welcome.
