This is a gentle yoga practice with an opening 30 minutes of mindfulness. Together we will take time to open our hearts to what we are most grateful for. To celebrate within ourselves and with each other the things that make our lives beautiful and our hearts full. We will conclude this with an hour practice and an extra long savasana to pull it all in together.
We will be supplying you with everything you need for this class. All you have to bring is yourself and an open heart.
