Tai Chi through the lens of yoga.  

This class is characterized by contrasting and complimentary movements. This class carries a focus on control and regulation of the breath (prana) through specific breathing techniques and exercises. 
In this practice, we will naturally encourage energetic flow through the three nadis that follow the length of the spine.  

This class would be great for yogis looking expand their knowledge of their true prakruti.
