Welcome to chair yoga! This class will give you all of the benefits of a typical flow class with the added benefit of a chair.   You will not be seated for the entirety of practice.   Come in and learn how to take a different type of flow and expand your practice.  

It is also a great option for seniors, those recovering from small injuries,  and those with mobility limitations. All levels are welcome.
