Nurture and balance your body, mind and spirit with this cozy series that blends grounding yoga, calming breathwork and Ayurvedic self-care rituals to keep you warm and resilient during the winter months

The Breathe Easy Class consist of a heart opening yoga practice, breath exercises, herbal support, and a take up lung and health tool kit for at home practices.

Class is all levels and remember to bring your favorite mug as herbal tea will be provided.
