Nurture and balance your body, mind and spirit with this cozy series that blends grounding yoga, calming breathwork and Ayurvedic self-care rituals to keep you warm and resilient during the winter months

Stoke Your Digestive Fire includes a yoga practice made up of twists and breath work, digestive guidance, and a take hoe of digestive spice recipes and a grounding meditation. 

Class is all levels.  Please remember to bring your favorite mug as herbal tea will be available.
