Vinyasa Flow Moving with the Breath Ideal for students who want to move with their breath. Previous yoga practice is not required, but, some knowledge of the basic poses and breathing is recommended. We practice a warm up flow sequence (Sun Salutation), and explore different levels of challenge for various poses as we continue our practice. Range of student ability varies the greatest at this level, and students learn how to adapt to their individual needs.
