This is Transformation.

Small Group Sessions are a mixture of Jnana Yoga (yoga of wisdom and knowledge through self-reflection journaling, discussions and/or meditations) and a hatha/vinyasa yoga practice that may incorporate elements of fitness.

Small group sessions meet twice a week for six weeks, for a total of twelve sessions that are around 90 minutes long each.  Missed classes are not refundable, but are able to be made up via skype, electronic chat, or in person when available.

This is a commitment to YOURSELF, so try to make this a priority in your life for the six week session.
