Class will be held outside at Midlothian Mines, weather permitting. All pre-registered attendees will be notified via email if we will be moving the class indoors at Healthy Life Yoga Studio due to weather conditions that day.
All Levels Yoga - This class is open to students of all levels. Students practice a combination of poses that build strength and improve flexibility, while focusing on the alignment of the body. The pace ranges from slow to moderate and instructions include modifications for making the poses more challenging to accommodate the more experienced yogi.
