This somewhat slower-paced flow class will focus on feeling your way in to the poses with subtle cues to create a safe practice. Classes will include inquiries to explore the breath and movement. Modifications and props will be introduced, allowing work with injuries, physical limitations and different body types. All levels and questions welcome!
