Strength & Stretch: Blend some powerful yoga flows, with some opening postures that you hold, and sprinkle in some nice relaxation postures. In this class, we will start with an energetic flow that will get your muscles warm and strong, and end with relaxing stretching poses and relaxation to wind down from your day. It's the perfect balance of yin & yang! All levels are welcome, and modifications will be given to increase or decrease the intensity, so you can feel comfortable no matter where you are in your practice.
