THIS IS TRANSFORMATION.
Small Group Sessions are a mixture of Jnana Yoga (yoga of wisdom and knowledge through self-reflection journaling, discussions and/or meditations) and a hatha/vinyasa yoga practice that may incorporate elements of fitness. This is true YOGA: knowledge of the self from the inside out.
Small group sessions meet twice a week for six weeks, for a total of twelve sessions that are around 90 minutes long each. Missed classes are not refundable, but there are limited options for make up classes outside of the Jnana Yoga classes during the session if you find that you have to miss a class or a week.
This is a commitment to YOURSELF, so try to make this a priority in your life for the six week session.
Options are:
Option 1: Monday & Wednesday nights from 6 pm - 7:30 pm
Option 2: Tuesday & Thursday nights from 6 pm - 7:30 pm
Option 3: Tuesday & Thursday lunchtime from 11:30 am - 1 pm
