THIS IS TRANSFORMATION.
Small Group Sessions are a mixture of Jnana Yoga (yoga of wisdom and knowledge through self-reflection journaling, discussions and/or meditations) and a hatha/vinyasa yoga practice that may incorporate elements of fitness. This is true YOGA: knowledge of the self from the inside out.
Small group sessions meet once a week for six weeks, for a total of six sessions that are around 90 minutes long each. Missed classes are not refundable, but there are options for make up classes outside of the Jnana Yoga classes during the session if you find that you have to miss a class.
This is a commitment to YOURSELF, so try to make this a priority in your life for the six week session.
